Our team will provide a complete inventory of your cellar and provide you with a hard copy of your personal wine list. Our wine experts can also work with you to outline tasting notes, pairing suggestions, and recommended drinking timelines for specific wines.

After completing an inventory of your current cellar our sommelier can offer selections you may wish to purchase next.
Having developed familiarity with your palate and taste preferences, our sommelier can suggest expansive options within your house style, as well as myriad exciting options that may (currently) lie outside your comfort zone. Additionally, our sommelier can assist with recommending and sourcing stemware and wine accessories.

Managing a wine collection can be a full time job! If you are looking for assistance in maintaining your private cellar, we can provide a regularly scheduled management program that fits your needs, whether that be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. During these scheduled visits our wine expert will assist with cellar organization, provide an updated wine inventory, and offer recommendations to fill those empty bins.
